Biography

Executive Director

Ms. Danks focuses her practice in general litigation throughout the state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a concentration in insurance defense and commercial litigation matters. She has successfully defended clients and their insureds in a wide range of areas including premises liability, construction accidents, DRAM shop claims, civil rights claims, employment matters, consumer fraud litigation, and claims by and against public entities. She also has extensive experience representing landlords in leasing and evictions, and representing lending institutions and credit issuing entities in commercial litigation and collections.

Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Laura served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Daniel P. Anderson, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District II and a Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael Sullivan, Wisconsin Circuit Court, Milwaukee County.
