Biography

Laura has come on board as a Senior Attorney with The Ottinger Employment Law Firm. She graduated cum laude from NYU School of Law in 2013 and is admitted to practice law in New York and California, as well as in the Court of Federal Claims. She has over a decade of experience in employment law, representing primarily employees and occasionally employers in discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete, and other employment-related disputes.

Prior to joining The Ottinger Employment Firm in 2026, she was a senior associate at several prominent Long Island labor and employment firms, where she recovered millions of dollars for thousands of employees in individual and class action litigation. Previously, Laura completed a fellowship with a large labor union in New York City and clerked for a federal magistrate judge.
