Biography

Laurel is a member of the Firm’s Domestic Relations Department and concentrates her practice in the areas of Domestic Relations and Probate Litigation. Her Domestic Relations practice focuses on advising and representing clients in divorce, modification, paternity, contempt, and abuse prevention actions. In addition, Laurel has considerable experience drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Laurel also has experience representing clients in a variety of probate matters, including guardianships, conservatorships and will contests.

Laurel earned her J.D. in 2006 from Southern New England School of Law, magna cum laude. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in 2002, magna cum laude. Laurel is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators.

In both 2015 and 2016 Laurel was named a Rising Star by the publishers of Boston Magazine.
