Biography

Lauren Davies is a senior associate in WSHB’s New York office. She focuses her practice on appellate practice regarding the defense of owners and general and trade contractors in construction cases involving New York’s Labor Law. She is also involved with motion practice and trial preparation in construction cases. Lauren is additionally skilled in defending design professionals in construction cases involving malpractice.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Lauren subsequently earned her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law where she was a recipient of CALI Awards in Civil Procedure and Environmental Law. She is admitted to practice before the New York Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

As a result of her accomplishments, she has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a New York Metro Rising Star from 2017-2022.
