Biography

Lauren Moore is an associate attorney within the disability practice area of Marasco & Nesselbush. Lauren graduated cum laude from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, and then from Vermont Law School with her Juris Doctor and Master of Environmental Law and Policy. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Following law school, Lauren served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court Trial Court Law Clerk Department, assisting state court judges in drafting opinions relating to a variety of civil and criminal law matters. Thereafter, Lauren worked as a civil litigation associate at two prominent Rhode Island law firms, primarily focusing her practice in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, and commercial and business litigation. Lauren also has an extensive background in non-profit work, volunteering for a local Rhode Island animal shelter and completing a post-graduate year of service at a respite center for children and adults with developmental challenges.

Seeking a change and eager to return to her roots in helping others, Lauren is thrilled to join the team at Marasco & Nesselbush, where she can use her insight and knowledge of complex legal processes to provide effective, compassionate advocacy for her clients.
