Biography

Lauren I. McDevitt focuses her practice on commercial litigation and trial advocacy. She has significant courtroom experience, serving as first-chair in both jury and bench trials. Lauren is also well-versed in litigating pretrial motions involving suppression, search and seizure, and other constitutional challenges.

Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Lauren served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office. In that role, she prosecuted various misdemeanor and felony cases, including DUIs, narcotics offenses, aggravated assaults, burglaries, and homicides.
