Biography

Lauren Fariss practices entertainment and commercial litigation. She earned her law degree from Belmont University College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and was a Bell Tower Scholar. While in law school, Lauren served as an Article and Note Editor for the Belmont Law Review and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Ana L. Escobar. Lauren received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her civil procedure, legal writing, and health law courses. Before law school, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Belmont University, with a major in Creative & Entertainment Industries and a minor in Chemistry. As part of her major, she completed the Disney College Program and worked as a Seasonal Cast Member at Walt Disney World. Lauren is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and worked for six years in the film industry there.
