Biography

Lauren Pcholinski is a Florida native. She graduated from Wheaton College in Massachusetts with a degree in Psychology and Sociology in 2006. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law in 2009.

Ms. Pcholinski’s experience after law school included representing banks and financial institutions in creditors’ rights proceedings. During her time litigating those actions, Ms. Pcholinski tried over 100 non-jury trials across the State of Florida. Prior to joining Morgan and Morgan, she spent several years working for a large national civil defense law firm. She gained valuable experience with that firm, including multiple jury trials throughout Florida. In July 2019, Ms. Pcholinski joined Morgan and Morgan, and she is now able to use her litigation experience to represent and help the injured.
