Biography

Lauren Van Buren counsels clients in transactions and disputes related to the design, construction, and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Lauren prepares, drafts, and negotiates design, construction, and consulting agreements and is experienced in the use of industry forms and customized agreements. Lauren also reviews, drafts, and negotiates EPC contracts, Master Services Agreements, and other project documents for renewable energy, heavy civil, mining, and infrastructure projects, and regularly provides guidance on issues related to project insurance programs and contract administration.
