Biography

Laurence A. Levy focuses his practice on political law and campaign finance in both national and state matters. Additionally, Larry advises clients on regulatory matters before federal and state agencies, internal investigations, white collar defense, organization and operation of non-profit entities, cybersecurity, litigation and ethics.

Prior to joining the firm Larry represented clients in the above fields in private practice, as well as serving as Chief Counsel to the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee, and as a Director and Counsel to Giuliani Partners, a security and business development firm. Larry served three New York City Mayors as Special Counsel and served as the Inspector General of the City’ s Law Department and Office of the Mayor. From 1997 through 2001, Larry was Deputy Counsel to Mayor Giuliani. In that capacity he was involved in all aspects of city governance, including economic development, emergency management, public safety, ethics and crisis management.
