Laurence is an associate in Greenberg Traurig’s London Private Equity team. He advises private equity funds, their investors, their portfolio companies, other corporations, and management teams on a variety of transactional matters covering buyouts, buy-ins, bolt-ons, secondaries, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity funds.
