Mr. Gierum focuses on real estate law, with particular emphasis on office, retail and warehouse leasing and commercial real estate transactions. He counsels both landlords and tenants in all aspects of owning and operating commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers and warehouses in addition to other commercial real estate transactions.Mr. Gierum is a member of the NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Development Association). He was a member of the University of Buffalo Law Review.
