Biography

Mr. Kenney is a senior partner at Sloane and Walsh and concentrates his practice in the defense of clients engaged in litigation before state and federal trial court. He is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School. He has been with Sloane and Walsh for the past thirty three years where he is presently a senior partner.

Mr. Kenney is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association. He has been selected for listing in The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyer of Massachusetts and New England and has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell. The focus of Mr. Kenney’s area of specialized practice is the defense of complex litigation matters including the representative of medical professionals and facilities in connection with allegations of malpractice, law firms and lawyers in matters arising under professional liability and errors and omission coverage, and complex products liability and construction litigation matters.

Mr. Kenney has participated as a speaker, panelist and a faculty member for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Suffolk University Law School, Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Children’s Hospital and others.
