Lawrence Jay Buchman

Larry has been a practicing trial and negligence attorney for over 27 years. He has litigated all types of civil and negligence matters, including Construction/Labor Law, automobile, premises liability, malpractice, dram shop and assault, employment and discrimination matters, municipal liability, products liability and environmental and toxic torts. Larry also handles numerous types of matters and hearings involving various State and Local Governmental and Quasi-Governmental Agencies. He is a senior trial attorney. He had his own practice for over three years where he handled a wide range of civil, commercial and real estate matters. Lawrence has also been involved in over 175 trials, with over 110 verdicts. He is local New York Counsel to American Youth Hostels, New York Hostelling (formerly the Five-Borough Bike Tour).
