• My area of expertise focuses on Federal Criminal Defense. Although I am a sole practitioner I am closely associated with several other excellent lawyers in Florida and Tennessee who assist me on a case to case basis. I have 40 plus years of experience as a trial lawyer in both Florida and Tennessee. My considerable experience practicing before district court judges and dealing with the U.S. Attorney's Office is a benefit to my clients.
