Biography

Lee A. Schwartz, Esquire, is a distinguished Family Law Attorney serving the Greater Philadelphia Area since 1981. His practice focuses on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, grandparent and step-parent rights, relocation, high net worth cases involving stock options and business issues, child support, alimony, property division, protection from abuse, and the drafting of marital agreements.

In 2015, Mr. Schwartz served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, following consecutive terms as Treasurer, Secretary, and Incoming Chair. He was also the President of the Nicholas Cipriani Family Law American Inn of Court from 2011 to 2013 and continues to serve on the Executive Committee of both the Family Law Section and the Cipriani Inn. Trained in mediation and collaborative law, Mr. Schwartz regularly mediates disputes related to equitable distribution, support, custody, and divorce. He is a sought-after presenter for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, teaching fellow attorneys on various family law topics. Additionally, he serves as a legal commentator on family law issues for Fox 29 Television News and the ALM Television Network.
