Biography

A Rome native, Lee B. Carter holds undergraduate degrees and a law degree from the University of Georgia. Commencing his legal career at an AmLaw 50 firm in Atlanta, Lee gained valuable insights under the guidance of top-notch professionals. Despite the valuable experience gained, Atlanta never felt like home to Lee. Over a decade ago, he returned to Rome, where he has successfully cultivated a well-rounded practice.
