Biography

Lee C. Stoddard is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of workers’ compensation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stoddard worked as an attorney with another law office representing Fortune 500 self-insured employers and national insurance carriers in complex workers’ compensation matters. His extensive experience encompasses the handling of overall case strategy from inception through resolution, including litigation planning, risk evaluation, and exposure analysis. Before beginning his career in private practice, he served as a senior hearing attorney with the Special Funds Conservation Committee of New York state.
