Lee R. Hardee

Lee Hardee is a seasoned attorney with 30 years of experience practicing law in Missouri, Kansas, and federal courts nationwide. Formerly a partner at a prominent national law firm, Lee has built a remarkable legal career. Before law school, Lee was an International Affairs specialist at NASA, later earning his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Throughout his career, Lee has handled a diverse array of cases, showcasing his litigation prowess in state and federal courts. A notable achievement includes settling a products liability case for nearly $4,000,000 just before jury selection, involving a severely injured Plaintiff due to a packaging machine incident in South East Missouri. Since joining our firm in October 2019, Lee has secured settlements exceeding $1,400,000, driven by a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving optimal results for clients. Residing in Kansas City for 30 years, Lee is a devoted father of four. His family includes two children pursuing careers focused on autism, with one working towards a Ph.D. at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and the other pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. His other two children have successful careers, one as a lawyer in Kansas City, and the other in the automotive industry.
