Biography

Mr. Lieberman is a partner in the Syracuse, New York office and is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience in state and federal courts, trying many cases to verdict. He has practiced extensively in both Upstate and Downstate New York. Mr. Lieberman has expertise in all manner of general liability defense and has litigated a broad spectrum of civil matters throughout his career, with an emphasis on construction, labor law, motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and products liability cases. When necessary, he has also successfully argued before the New York State Appellate Division for the Third and Fourth Departments.

Mr. Lieberman recognizes the benefit of Alternative Dispute Resolution and has had great success resolving cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner through mediation and arbitration.

In addition to trial work, Mr. Lieberman is a skilled writer and has enjoyed a significant amount of success obtaining early dismissal of cases through motion practice.
