Leonard B. Chipkin

Len is a seasoned trial attorney with 38 years of experience focusing on wide range of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip, trip and falls, construction accidents under New York labor law, products liability, medical malpractice, dog bites, and motorcycle incidents. He has extensive experience in all New York courts, as well as Federal courts throughout the State of New York. His deep understanding of the legal landscape and attention to detail ensure that each case is handled with the utmost professionalism and dedication.

Prior to joining the firm, Len played a pivotal role at his previous practice. He was responsible for overseeing settlement negotiations and devising litigation strategies for all cases handled by the firm. His skills as a litigator are complemented by his proficiency in writing appellate briefs and delivering compelling oral arguments before appellate courts.
