Biography

Len focuses on complex commercial and tort litigation, representing clients in federal and state courts nationwide, as well as in arbitration forums including JAMS, AAA, ICDR, FINRA, and others. His practice encompasses business torts, intellectual property disputes involving copyright, trademark, and trade secrets, and unfair competition claims. Len handles partnership, shareholder, joint venture, and LLC member disputes, along with matters related to corporate transactions, post-closing issues, and contract or UCC claims. He also represents clients in financial services, securities, insurance, real estate, and employment litigation, as well as toxic tort, product liability, medical liability, premises liability, and personal injury cases.
