Biography

Leslie Curry Bay is Special Counsel in the firm’s Nashville office where she primarily focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, transportation law and casualty defense litigation. Her practice experience includes personal injury litigation, healthcare liability, employment law, business law, bankruptcy, and appellate work. She has successfully handled and tried numerous jury and non-jury cases during her career.

Prior to joining Lewis Thomason, Leslie handled business and employment matters for small business owners, represented clients in personal injury matters, and served as counsel for one of the Middle District of Tennessee bankruptcy trustees.

Leslie has been in private practice for twenty-one years and spent two years in the General Civil Division at the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office where she represented state agencies in appellate matters before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and Tennessee Supreme Court.
