Biography

Lilian Alexandrova’s practice focuses on matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage-and-hour, restrictive covenants, trade secret claims, and employment-related claims arising under state and federal statutes and constitutional law.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Lilian gained valuable litigation experience at the University of Illinois College of Law First Amendment Clinic, where she argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and drafted related motions and appellate briefs. Prior to law school, Lilian spent over two years in air export logistics with Kuehne + Nagel, where she negotiated competitive rates for trade lanes across the globe.
