Lily Lutton

Lily is an attorney at Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor. She graduated from Georgia College and State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Following, Lily earned her Juris Doctorate, graduating Cum laude from Mercer’s Walter F. George School of law. While in law school, Lily excelled academically. She was a member of the Association of Women Law Students, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and was Treasurer of Health Law Society. Additionally, she was awarded the Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing and graduated with honors. During her second year of law school, Lily interned at a family law firm, where she developed her desire to be an advocate for those that have experienced similar life experiences to herself. Coming from a family of divorce, Lily knows the highs, the lows and the difficulties that come with divorce. These experiences are what drove her desire to become a family law attorney. Lily has managed many family law cases, including those with very contentious child custody matters, complex equitable divisions, prenuptial agreements, and guardianships. Her style is fierce yet professional and she will vigorously fight for her clients when needed. Lily also understands the importance of client care and ensures all of her clients are completely informed with the process of their case and every client understands each step and the meaning of same. Lily makes it a priority to be available to her clients and will ensure each case receives the attention it needs.  Lily grew up in Henry County, Georgia and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She loves the Braves and in her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being out doors.
