Lin Luo

Ms. Luo is a managing attorney at Luo & Waters P.L.L.C. She has 10+ years of experience working with business and corporate clients. She has a broad range of experience in business litigation and immigration law matters. Her practice also includes real estate, asset protection, and corporate law matters.

Ms. Luo is a national team player. She started working for Mr. Waters as a law clerk in 2009 and continued working full-time while attending law school. She had opportunities to be a member of the legal team handling many complexed business litigations matters, contract disputes and real estate disputes. She has represented multiple companies publicly listed in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hongkong, and New York since 2015. In addition, she has served as co-counsel in many cases and working with Florida Board Certified Specialists to resolve difficult or unique legal issues for her clients including franchise disputes, intellectual property disputes, bank negligence, CFIUS filing, and employment & labor law disputes.

Ms. Luo currently serves as legal counsel for several non-profit organizations in south Florida. It includes Florida Asian American Restaurant Alliance, America China Enterprise Chamber of Commerce of South Florida Chapter, and The Chinese Association of Science, Education and Culture of South Florida etc.

In addition to English, Ms. Luo is fluent in Mandarin/Chinese.

Immigration Law: Ms. Luo has assisted corporate clients in a variety of immigration processes including L1A/L1B Intracompany Transferees, Permanent Labor Certification, H1B Specialty Occupations, EB2 NIW Petition, TN Professional Workers, and O1 Extraordinary Ability, among others. In addition, Ms. Luo has assisted many investors from overseas to secure their U.S. Permanent Resident Status through EB5 Investment Immigration.

Real Estate Law: Ms. Luo represents individuals, businesses, investors, and landlords involved in the purchase and sale of real estate. Her representation ranges from routine contracts to conduct closing of residential or commercial properties. She also negotiates and closes purchase and sale transactions, as well as advise on real estate related entity formation and strategic alliance. Meanwhile, Ms. Luo is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sale Associate. She has been working with the team of Sotheby’s International Realty to assist clients purchase or sell high end real properties in the United States since 2017
