Biography

Ms. Linda Wade focuses her practice on civil trial litigation and has over 36 years of experience in the field. As the first female board-certified trial attorney in West Florida, she is part of the 1.5% of attorneys in Florida to achieve board certification in civil trial law. Throughout her career, she has successfully defended more than 80 cases to conclusion at trial, including matters involving wrongful death, product liability, bad faith, and employment discrimination.

In addition to her trial work, Ms. Wade holds an AV rating and actively advises both private and public sector clients on various legal issues. Her areas of counsel include wrongful death claims, discrimination, sexual harassment, and commercial property disputes. Ms. Wade’s extensive trial experience and comprehensive legal knowledge make her a trusted advocate and advisor in civil litigation.
