Biography

Linda Turley has practiced law in Texas since 1983 and was Board-Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1988. She represents victims and families throughout the Dallas Metroplex in a wide range of injury and wrongful death claims, including product liability, medical malpractice, and other negligence matters. A frequent teacher and author for fellow attorneys, Ms. Turley has written more than 35 articles on pre-trial preparation and personal injury litigation; her argument in Schwartz v. John Deere appears in the acclaimed series Million Dollar Arguments. Recognized by peers for her professionalism, she holds an AV Preeminent 5.0 rating from Martindale‑Hubbell.
