Lindsay Maria Arway

Lindsay Arway, an integral member of the firm since 2016, is fervently committed to safeguarding her clients' rights and freedoms. Before joining the firm, she honed her skills at law firms in Dayton and Cincinnati, gaining expertise in drafting essential legal documents such as wills, living wills, and powers of attorney, while also ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations for trade association safety manuals. A distinguished graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, Lindsay was admitted to the Ohio State Bar, marking her dedication to the legal profession. Her academic journey was marked by significant achievements, including multiple CALI awards in areas such as Legal Profession I and Advanced Civil Procedure, alongside notable community service contributions. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Cincinnati, Lindsay is passionate about defending fundamental rights, determined to protect clients from judicial overreach.
