The judgment was based on the defendant's tacit ratification of the subsequent sales and cleared title to his property, allowing it to be put back in commerce.; Successfully defended an insurer against the holder of an owner's policy who brought wrongful claims for defense and indemnity based on a boundary line dispute. Summary judgment was granted in favor of the insurer after Galloway accurately defined and argued that the survey exception, a commonly used Schedule B exception, excluded coverage for the claims.; Secured a jury verdict for a defendant insured despite extensive medical treatment by the plaintiff and less than favorable liability facts.
