Lindsey A. Harms is a business law attorney whose practice includes:

• General counsel services, including corporate counsel, business succession planning, and not-for-profit entity representation.

• Transactional counsel services, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and operation, reorganizations and general commercial transactions.

• Real estate transactional counsel services, including purchase and sale of commercial real property, commercial leasing and related transactions.

• Data privacy counsel services, including legislative developments and compliance with privacy laws and regulations, with an emphasis on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Ms. Harms is a graduate of UCLA School of Law (J.D. 2011) and was accepted to the California State Bar in 2011. She attended the University of Southern California and received her B.A. in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing and a minor in Music.
