Biography

Lindsey Feeney is an Associate in the Labor & Employment group of the Philadelphia Office. Before joining Margolis Edelstein, Lindsey focused her practice on employment liability and healthcare litigation defense.

Lindsey graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During her time in law school, Lindsey served as the Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus and worked as an intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission- Philadelphia District and United States Attorneys’ Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also served as a certified legal intern in Villanova University’s Civil Justice Clinic where she represented domestic violence survivors in various family court matters. Prior to law school, Lindsey attended Temple University Fox School of Business, where she majored in legal studies and minored in human resource management, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She was a member of both the Fox School of Business Honors Program and the University Honors Program.
