Lindsey Leibowitz, is an experienced Intellectual Property lawyer specializing in trademark and copyright matters. Lindsey’s expertise covers all aspects of Intellectual Property law, including the evaluation and clearance of trademarks, trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, trademark litigation, domain name disputes, copyright registration, and copyright litigation matters. In addition, Lindsey’s practice extends to managing her client’s domestic and international trademark portfolios, as well as vigorously protecting her client’s marks from third parties’ use and/or infringement.
