Lindsey M. McKay

Lindsey McKay is the Owner and President of McKay Law, PLLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in personal injury and commercial litigation. Her practice is rooted in cultivating long-lasting client relationships and providing vigorous representation. Raised in Dallas, Texas, Lindsey was an All-American Cheerleader and a notable candidate for a top women’s college soccer scholarship. She pursued her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Spanish within three years. Her international experiences in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Germany fueled her passion for justice. Awarded a scholarship to John Marshall Law School, she excelled academically and gained valuable experience interning at DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office and Dallas County Felony Court. Earning her J.D. from Texas A&M in 2007, Lindsey worked in finance and bankruptcy law before discovering her passion for civil justice. Her diverse litigation experience spans multiple areas, and she is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges. As a mother of four, Lindsey’s empathetic approach ensures clients receive dedicated support during challenging times.
