She is committed to guiding clients through challenging times and represents individuals throughout Harris County and surrounding areas.Lindsey earned her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Before attending law school, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in English at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She also holds an Associate of Arts in General Studies from New York University in New York City. Lindsey has a well-rounded academic background and is ready to help clients in the state of Texas.Lindsey brings diverse professional experience to her role with the Houston, Texas family lawyers at Stange Law Firm. Before joining our team, Lindsey built a strong foundation in family and education law, serving clients as an attorney in Chicago, Illinois since 2013. During this time, Lindsey spent over 12 years working for her own practice where she gained experience in domestic relations motions and litigating matters including divorce, child support, and child custody. She also worked as an Associate Attorney for a law firm in Oak Park, IL during this period, where she gained experience drafting pleadings, handling motion practice, and preparing for trial. Her tasks included conducting depositions, managing discovery, and reviewing legal agreements such as promissory notes. This role provided Lindsey experience with loss mitigation strategies for homeowners, as well as real estate contracts and closings. In addition to her legal practice, Lindsey served as an Athletic Compliance Extern at Northern Illinois University. She also held internships and worked at several law firms throughout law school in Los Angeles and Chicago. These roles helped shape her legal skills. Beyond her legal career, Lindsey has worked as a Flight Attendant with United Airlines since 2006 and was honored with the Hearts United Award in 2009.Lindsey is also proficient in reading and writing Spanish, which allows her to serve a broader range of clients.
