Lindsey Obenhaus is an experienced family lawyer who excels in handling complicated financial issues in divorce, including business and real estate valuations, complex property division, and asset tracing. As a former prosecutor, Lindsey uses her extensive courtroom experience and strategic thinking to help clients make informed decisions to achieve the best outcomes possible.

Lindsey is known for her experience with complex child custody cases, including ones that require her to work with child protective services or serve as an amicus attorney or a guardian or attorney ad litem, as well as cases involving interstate adoptions, termination of adoption, paternity disputes, and grandparents’ rights. She is also skilled at handling cases involving addiction, mental illness, or domestic abuse, and she has a wealth of experience with couples looking to create cohabitation agreements or pre-or post-marital agreements.
