Biography

Ling Tong is a transaction lawyer in the German Private Funds Practice Group. She advises national and international investors in investment law on the structuring and marketing of funds as well as investment in funds.

Prior to joining the firm, Ling spent several years working for a German medium-sized commercial law firm in the area of Corporate with a focus on German-Chinese M&A transactions.
