Biography



Ms. Goldstein joined McAloon & Friedman in 1988 and became a partner in 1997. She began her career in law as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Family Court Division of the New York City Law Department - Office of the Corporation Counsel from 1984 to 1987. From 1987 to 1988, Ms. Goldstein was a Deputy Inspector General with the New York City Department of Investigation. Ms. Goldstein co-authored an article published in the Massachusetts Bar Association Criminal Justice Section News (December, 1981).

Ms. Goldstein is a regular guest speaker at many area hospitals on the topics of documentation and the strategic defense of medical malpractice cases. She also represents physicians and nurses before the Department of Health.
