Biography

Lisa McNorton, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and a State Bar Certified Specialist in Family Law, has practiced family law in Tucson, Arizona, since 2000. In 2016, she partnered with Erin Fox to establish McNorton Fox PLLC. Lisa is dedicated to providing personalized and attentive representation, maintaining a manageable client base to ensure prompt communication and individualized solutions. She tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, offering creative problem-solving and thorough preparation to achieve favorable outcomes. Her practice spans all aspects of family law, including prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, parenting time, child support, dissolution of marriage, and post-decree matters. Lisa has developed a particular skill in jurisdictional issues, both within the U.S. and internationally. She is qualified by Pima County Superior Court to serve as a child’s attorney, Court-Appointed Advocate, or Parenting Coordinator, and she provides mediation services for families pursuing alternative dispute resolution. Active in the legal community, Lisa co-chairs Tucson’s Advanced Family Law Seminar and frequently presents at continuing education events. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and relaxing with her horses.
