Lisa represents clients in contractual disputes, specifically those related to large projects in the field of energy and infrastructure.

Adv. Lisa Frense, originally from Germany, advises engineering, procurement, and construction contractors, developers, planners, and other entities on major energy and infrastructure projects.

Among the projects for which Lisa has provided legal assistance are the Tel Aviv and Jerusalem Light Rails, an IDF army base, and a hydroelectric power station. As part of her legal services, Lisa advises local and foreign companies on the various aspects of PPP/PFI/BOT projects and accompanies clients through complex tender proceedings.
