Biography

Lisa Herme is a partner in WSHB's Thousand Oaks office, where she focuses her practice on complex construction, transportation, and catastrophic injury matters. Lisa is similarly experienced in creditor's rights and consumer defense litigation. Lisa has handled complex litigation for companies facing consumer complaints and class actions. She has settled hundreds of actions and defended companies facing complaints involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Lisa is a graduate of the Ventura College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands.
