Lorenzo Rovini is an associate attorney licensed to practice in Italy and New York, with significant courtroom experience at the trial and appellate levels in local, state and federal jurisdictions. He regularly handles complex real estate and commercial disputes, and his practice extends to drafting and reviewing mergers and acquisitions agreements, advising on business formation and startups, and helping to establish homeowners’ associations. Lorenzo is particularly adept at negotiating, drafting, and reviewing residential and commercial real estate contracts of sale and associated riders, and he plays an active role in transaction closings. He earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from the University of Florence and holds two LL.M. degrees—from the Catholic University of Milan and USC Gould School of Law—where he received the Dean’s Academic Excellence Award and the Graduate and International Programs Award.
