Biography

Lorenzo joined Greenberg Traurig’s Milan office in 2024, as an associate in the Banking & Financial Services Practice.

His main areas of focus are real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance transactions and distressed debt and restructuring matters, assisting the Firm’s professionals in advising both Italian and foreign lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a broad range of matters regarding domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
