Biography

Lori A Bowen Esquire is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1987 and received her law degree from Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1991. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1991. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court-Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Bowen is a member of the Wilkes Barre Law & Library Association – Family Law Committee.

She has also been a court-appointed Divorce Master in Luzerne County for many years and a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem for Children in Luzerne County for approximately 10 years in private custody cases and termination cases.
