As to number 1 above (high criteria of General Ethical Standards), I give a qualified "yes". I have represented a couple clients over the years in estate litigation matters in which Ms. Silver prepared the estate planning documents. I referred one of the clients to malpractice counsel for review and, overall, I have not been impressed with the quality of her legal work.
