Louis Berk

Louis Berk was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and in the summer of 1994 his parents made the life-changing decision to relocate the family to Florida. Forced to learn English, make new friends, and adapt to a new culture, Louis embraced hard work from an early age—starting at 14 as a bag boy and then spending ten years growing within a local catering company. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, followed by a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M College of Law in 2014. After interning at Bodiford Law Group, he joined McBride, Scicchitano & Leacox P.A., where he managed thousands of product-liability cases in both English and Spanish, recovering millions for his clients. In 2018, motivated by a desire to educate the Hispanic community and give back, Louis founded Louis Berk Law, specializing in automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, slip-and-fall, wrongful-death, and construction-accident claims.
