Louis J. Anapolsky

Louis J. Anapolsky is a partner with Knox Lemmon & Anapolsky, LLP.Mr. Anapolsky is a third generation Sacramentan. In 1975, Mr. Anapolsky received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 1979, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.Mr. Anapolsky was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1979. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts Districts of California; U.S. District Court, District of Colorado; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.Mr. Anapolsky has an extensive teaching background. He is an Adjunct Professor at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, teaching Civil Pretrial Litigation and Taking and Defending Depositions. In addition, Mr. Anapolsky is a teacher for the Advocacy Skills Workshop at Stanford Law School and the Intensive Advocacy Program at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Anapolsky has taught trial advocacy for the California Continuing Education of the Bar; classes on Construction Law at California State University, Sacramento; and has lectured on Administrative Law for the Sacramento County Bar and the Office of Administrative Hearings, Department of General Services, State of California.Mr. Anapolsky acts as a privately retained mediator and arbitrator.Mr. Anapolsky is active in community affairs and served as President of his synagogue, Congregation B'nai Israel, from 1997-1999. He currently serves as Board Member of the Home of Peace Association, the Sacramento Jewish cemetery.
