Biography

Louis S. Moran, IV is an associate in the Knoxville office of Lewis Thomason. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology, later distinguishing himself in law school where he earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Contract Drafting, Civil Pre-Trial Litigation, and Torts II. Lou contributed actively to the University of Tennessee College of Law community as the Health Law Society Delegate for the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He also served as a Staff Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.

A Knoxville native, Lou enjoys supporting live music, spending time on the lake with friends and family, and cheering on Tennessee’s athletic teams in his free time.
