Biography

Louise Conces is a partner in the Bose McKinney & Evans Medical Malpractice and Litigation Practice Groups. She concentrates her practice primarily in medical malpractice defense and healthcare litigation, representing a wide variety of healthcare organizations and individual providers across Indiana.

Louise has experience defending against claims of medical negligence and complaints filed with the Indiana Attorney General's Office, as well as handling petitions for the involuntary commitment of mental health patients. She also previously represented the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Insurance in claims for excess damages made against the Indiana Patient's Compensation Fund.
