Lucas Gargaglione

Lucas Gargaglione is an associate attorney in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Gargaglione practices in the area of general civil litigation, with a primary focus on Premises Liability, Catastrophic and Personal Injury, Vehicle Negligence, and Medical Malpractice.

Mr. Gargaglione earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in International Studies from the University of Miami. Mr. Gargaglione earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List. While in law school, he was an active member of the International Moot Court Program, having competed in different competitions over the span of two years.

Prior to joining CSK, Mr. Gargaglione focused on representing corporate and individual clients in general civil litigation. His litigation experience includes matters relating to commercial litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, maritime litigation, and property insurance claims.

Mr. Gargaglione is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Gargaglione is fluent in Spanish.
